AHL Hartford Wolf Pack HARTFORD, CT - New York Rangers President and General Manager Chris Drury announced today that the club has recalled forward Anton Blidh from the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack. Blidh, 28, has scored seven points (4 g, 3 a) in 18 games with the Wolf Pack this season. He has recorded an assist in each of the club's last three games and notched a season-high two points (1 g, 1 a) in the team's 7-3 victory over the Lehigh Valley Phantoms on Friday night. Former Sea Dragon Ben Dinucci Activated by Denver Broncos

XFL Seattle Sea Dragons ARLINGTON, Texas - Former Seattle Sea Dragons quarterback Ben DiNucci has been activated by the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. DiNucci, 27, originally signed with the Broncos on May 15, 2023, the first day XFL players could officially sign NFL contracts. He was waived on Aug. 29, 2023, and re-signed to the practice squad. Hawks Acquire Avakyan from Tri-City

WHL Portland Winterhawks Portland, Ore. - The Portland Winterhawks Hockey Club today announced the acquisition of goaltender Nicholas Avakyan ('04) from the Tri-City Americans in exchange for a seventh-round pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft. Avakyan, 19, has played 56 WHL games across a three-year career, including four appearances thus far in the 2023-24 campaign. Debuting in the 2021-22 season, the Glendale, Calif. native has played 25-plus games in each year of his career with Tri-City, and joins the Winterhawks with a 4.74 career GAA and a .870 save percentage.
