May 4, 2024 - PASCO, WA - A three-homer night from the offense and a strong showing from Canadians starter Kevin Miranda were key in a 7-4 win over the Tri-City Dust Devils [Angels] - playing as Los Viñeros de Tri-City for the weekend - Friday at Gesa Stadium. Vancouver's first homer of the game came on the second pitch. Dasan Brown clubbed the team's first lead-off homer of the season to put the C's in front 1-0, though Tri-City's Caleb Ketchup hit a lead-off bomb of his own in the bottom of the frame to tie the score at one. ... May 3, 2024 - EVERETT, WA: Ty Cummings picked up his first win of the season Friday afternoon at Funko Field, propelling Everett to an 8-5 victory over Hillsboro. It was his fourth start allowing two runs or less. Cummings threw five innings of one-run ball while striking out four Hops. Cummings' season ERA now sits at 2.63 as his only blip of the day came on a solo home run allowed to Andrew Pintar in the top of the third inning. Neyfy Castillo continued his hot hitting with his fifth extra-base hit in eight games with the Hops, a opposite field two-out grand slam in the seventh inning.
