Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin - Despite rain late in the afternoon, the people of Wisconsin Rapids made CurdFest at Witter Field on a Sunday a great success. The free event, sponsored by the Rafters and the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, saw nearly 700 people attend the event that featured three local cheese vendors handing out samples and selling a variety of cheese curds.
