MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (AUGUST 31, 2015) -- On Monday, the Chicago Cubs activated Pelicans right-handed pitcher James Pugliese from the 7-day disabled and promoted him to Double-A Tennessee. There is no corresponding move at this time. Pugliese, 23, has made 30 appearances this year with the Pelicans, all from the bullpen, and the fourth-most on the team.
